Tata Sky — pairing error - poor service

Tatasky subscriber id : [protected]. Since last two months tatasky connection is showing pairing error (nds and digicard) (14). Tried speaking to customer care and they have no clue why this problem has occured. All their reply is to send technician home. The address they have in database is quite different from what I have filled in registration and given in KYC. First they want to do address correction process and post which they will send technician. I am not available during day time and they expect me to be at home. Pretty disgusting. Why cant they resolve such errors remotely and why cant they educate customer care guys.
