I made recharge of my tatasky account on dated 25.09.2021 for Rs 300 using google pay upi with tata sky app. Amount deducted from my karur vysya bank account instantly but recharge became unsuccessful. While talking with customer care no on tatasky the replied that that didn't received money.Yet I haven't received back money. ID's: TY[protected], TY[protected]. MY SUBSCRIBER ID: [protected]. The transaction was success from the bank's side and your Bill desk did not ackhnowledge the receipt and my tatasky was not recharged. I have recharged Rs.1266 for my tata sky account on 16.05.2022.but the amount was not updated in my tata sky account.In bank side, the transaction is suceessful.tata sky bill desk team told they didn't receive amount.i have attached transaction information.please refund the money.
