[Resolved] Tata Sky — payment refund issue | |||
Payment made two times on 06-nov-2017 : 1). Upi[protected][protected]@icici[protected]collect-pay-request =ref. No.[protected] =rs.229/- =unsucessful. 2). Pos 416021xxxxxx4404 mvisa-mvisa: tat pos debit =[protected] =rs.229/-=sucessful. First payment was not successful but amount was debited.in order to avoid deactivation of service i did another payment. Checked with my hdfc bank and it was very clear that they processed successfully (Attached bank statement). Request you again as i did many times... Please!! Refund my money asap. I more comfortable in replying emails. Because all tatasky customer care staffs listening to the story and nothing done after that. Please reply with proper response and refund the amount.
