[Resolved] Tata Sky — payment related | |||
I have made a payment on 27th Feb 2020 of Rs 695 for my account. The payment was done through the Tata Sky App and I used Phonepe as the mode to pay the amount. The payment was successful as shown in Phonepe but my account in Tata Sky was not updated. On contacting the Tata Sky support they ensured that they have not received the payment and it will be refunded back to me. I further contacted them to know the time by when the amount will be refund and they said it will take 10 bank working days to reflect the amount in my account. It has been now more than 10 bank working days and still the amount has not been credited back to my account. On further contacting them they asked me to provide my bank statement after which they will take necessary action. I have provided them all the documents and still there has been no response from their end. In the mean time I had to again pay for my account as I was unable to play my TV because there was insufficient balance. I have attached all the necessary documents.
