[Resolved] Tata Sky — poor and negligible service | |
I have to wait for more than half an hour after recharge to resume connection. They display 15 minutes, ask for missed call to a specific number. But still the connection is not established. I tried to connect to the customer care and to my utter surprise, they innocently say, "due to technical issues, we have no access to your account details. Kindly wait for 24 -48 hours and we shall get back to you." the system works well when disconnecting as i understand the by default setting but why the delay in restoring even after the recharge.
