[Resolved] Tata Sky — poor service and irresponsible answers from the store

Sir,
I recently subscribed tata sky due to suggestions from people. We received a message stating that they would install the set up box on (2/01/2018). We received a call from the sales person regarding the same. He told us of coming by 2:00pm in the afternoon but reported only by 7:00 pm in the evening. When we called up the tata sky office, they treated us very badly by using unwanted words and questioning us "why can't yall tolerate not watching tv for 2 days". We were greatly offended regarding the same. The sales person after reporting late, continued doing the work till 11:00 pm in the night and inspite of that didn't complete the work and left it half done. We are disappointed by the poor service. So we are planning to change from tatasky to airtel as it would do much good. Refund the amount as soon as possible. Subscriber id :[protected]
