[Resolved] Tata Sky — poor signal quality | |||
I have tata sky hd+ transfer box with inbuilt dvr.. I am facing no signal issue for all hd +1 channels and even signal quality issue for many channels...picture quality is very blurry...i kept raising the complaint but no proper solution is being done by technicians and company. Every time technicians visit us and mark the complaint resolved in system...while i am still facing the issue...the technician told me to replace the satcr as my dish had satcr instead of super lnb. Now again on making compaint with Tata sky customer care i am being asked to pay inr 800 to replace the lnb. This is to make the company aware that providing good quality signal is the core service function of the company and why super lnb is not installed initially. Resolve the matter ASAP.
