After the storm in northern India some channels are not showing properly.I talked to your customer care executiv many times.They are asking to me pay rs.225 for visiting charge.This fault is not done by me.so why I pay for this?I am a regular customer of your Dth Service and subscribing you in yearly mode.So kindly resolve this matter positively as soon as possible.
