Tata Sky — Promised Gift not received

On 30-June-2020, Tatasky broadband company has promised me to give firestick free of cost by replacing existing Airtel boradband connection by tatasky broadband connection.
After following up with the company sales head whose team (including him) gave me the offer. Later he said this is Tatasky DTV Binge offer in which I will get free of cost Amazon Firestick but I need to pay Rs249 as subscription fee lifetime. Whenever I stop paying, firestick will be taken back. I have asked him why he didn't provided me these details earlier (before paying 6 month advacne) and moreover Tatasky boradband monthly plan is Rs200 higher than Airtel broadband plan.
Tatasky broadband customer relation person has contacted me some days ago and he naively giving me compensation of same Binge offer. He agreed upon false information and false promise being made by tata sky broadband sales team just to sell their product.
Resolution: I want my full refund of the connection with interest or fulfill the promise made and also compensate me for this issue.
