[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Recharge amount and not getting all channels

I am a subscriber of Tata Sky since few months. Most of the we are not at home and we hardly use for few hours and they do not carry forward the unused amount. Since they have a monitoring system why don't they make changes in the system that if a person is not used for at least 50% of total hours (24x30 /2 ) the balance of amount should be carried forward to next month. Especially like me aged persons, whose children are away and we are pre-occupied with many commitments it would be advisable that the balance of 50% be carried forward .

I had re-charged on 23 Dec 2016 at 9.15hrs and they deactivated today (21 Jan 2017) morning at (9.00 AM). Total days covered are 9 days in Dec and 20 Days in January and a total of 29 days. If the recharge is for one month how they deactivate the connection before time. This was happening regularly in every month and I complained to them few times and to feedback from them.
The package offered is for rs. 220/- south special package and today they asked me to re-charge for rs. 230/-. The reason is not known.
The channels offered as per their leaflet is not provided and most of the channels are locked.

Kindly advise what is to be done with this service provider.

I was book tata sky HD connections today through customer care at rourkela odisha but technician refused to install fresh wire so that i cancelled the order but i need this one please suggest how can i enjoy your services thank you
MULTI-TV recharge problem:
My subscriber ID: [protected]
1st connection: SD set top box
2nd connection: HD set top box

I want to recharge for only SD set top box and want to pay only Rs. 240 for second connection. But i am getting charged for HD Access Fee. How can i remove HD Access Fee?? Please help.
I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you in resolving your issue.
