Tata Sky — recharge amount sent through net banking on 8/5 not received by tatasky | |
I have sent Rs. 409/- through SBI Net banking on 8/5/2018 at 19:18 hrs. My account shows :-- Narration - to transfer INB Tatasky Tatasky Payments, Ref No. :-- NSBI[protected] IGADMIBPD6, Debit 409.00 . Tatasky intimated on 8/5/2018 that the amount has not been received. Matter reported to SBI with complaint no. [protected] on 12/5/2018 who is still looking into the complaint. Tatasky gave credit for three days and deactivated the connection on 14/5/2018 I once again talked to Tatasky on 14/5/2018 who has advised me to sent the deposit once again and assured me that the previous amount will be credited to your account in about 7 to 10 working days time. Accordingly a fresh amount of Rs. 409 was sent on 14/5/2018 for activating the account. The account has now been reactivated by adjusting the advance.
