[Resolved]  Tata Sky — recharge done but asked to do again

I had recharged online for rs 370 on 27th january which is not reflected in my account. I had to recharge again for the same amount (As suggested by them) after registering a complaint with tatasky customer care. The issue is not resolved till date. When i got in touch with their customer care executive just a while back, i was told that my earlier complaint had been closed as it had been resolved which is not the case.
