[Resolved] Tata Sky — recharge done for 1653 rs to activate new account. money got debited from bank but recharge unsuccessful | |||
I am setting up my tatasky account for the first time. The agent setup everything and asked me to do an initial recharge of rs 1653. I have recharge done for 1653 rs from tatasky.com website in order to activate my new account. I paid using netbanking from sbi The money got debited from bank but recharge was unsuccessful and my account is still in pending status. Tata sky agent left and says he cannot do anything with it and we called customer care and they are not able to resolve this problem as well Was this information helpful? | |||
