Tata Sky — recharge done online but not credited

I had done rechage on 28 sept 2017 at 9:39 am via netbanking for rs 730 but it was not credited whereas they had deducted from my account... Disgusting..

During cricket Tatasky is stopping Doordarshan transmission.
We are not able to watch Doordarshan during cricket match.
There is a display on Tatasky showing some supreme court order has asked to stop transmission.
What is the supreme court order.
Tata sky is forcing to purchase sports package.

As per the honorable Supreme Court of India, cricket is not available on the channel “DDNational”. You can watch the live telecast of the cricket match on channel no 455 or 460

Today your company not telecast to DD1 channel (channel No. 114) at the time of 1330, why you are not telecast to DD-1today. channel not telecast because the order of Hon'ble court. Please show me the court order copy.
