Tata Sky — Recharge is not credited, post successful transfer of money from online payment gateway | |||||
Subscriber ID -[protected] recharge done via online debit card - billdesk gateway on 30/03/2016 around 11.55 pm. Subsequent to successful pay, the tatasky system goes into maintenance mode, which makes their systems not credit the customer. Result, customer account is deactivated right before important cricket match and customer support response is that i have wait for 48 hours before they could reconcile the payment. The support reps are pathetic, claim that they cannot speak in english ( the escalation person to be precise )... These dumbos does not even understand the issue, and its easy to penalize the customer for their systems fault... on top of it.. they continue to charge for these days when they deactivated the account... pathetic service ...
