[Resolved] Tata Sky — recharge not done. but amount is debited. kindly refund | |||||
Sir/mam, i did my recharge on 31st october as well as today on 11th november from the tata sky app. Amount was 343rs and then i did 336rs. Both the transactions are said to be successful on my paytm upi transfer @hdfc bill desk. The amount has been debited from my account. But recharge couldn't be processed from tata sky. I need my refund. Why i have to recharge again and again. Where is my money gone? Was this information helpful? | |||||
