My subscriber id is [protected] and I recharged at 2030 hrs on 05 Jun 2015 but the additional offer has not been given to me and the balance shown is Rs 710 only. 2. I have the recording of the tata sky representative speaking about the offer. 3. You are requested to fulfill the offer as promised and ensure that in future such an effort from the customer is not requiredf and it is done automatically. Thanks
