[Resolved] Tata Sky — recharge through google pay not credited twice | |
My account got deactivated since it has been two weeks past the due date. I recharged my account today (14/12/2019) by logging in into my tata sky account, via google pay. The amount has been debited from my bank account but it hasn't been credited to my tata sky account yet. Also, it's the second time this is happening. I[censored]pi payment doesn't work, then kindly remove it from the list of payment options being shown and also provide refund for my loss. I have tried contacting tata sky helpline but no service seems to be provided for a deactivated account. Please do the needful. Was this information helpful? | |

I have done my tata sky recharge through google pay payment option in their site.but
The amount has been debited from my bank account but it hasn't been credited to my tata sky account..i have done another payment through debit card it went successfull. I need my previous recharge amount refund or credited to my tata sky account...my tata sky Id is..[protected]

I recharged my tata sky account through Google pay. The money has been transacted but the balance is not reflected in the tata sky account.

I had recharged my tata sky account as it got deactivated due to we were at native place and not using it since over a month period of time. I used TataSky app to recharge it and selected GPay as mode of payment. It got recharged to Rs503 but not reflecting in my account and not able to view the channels. Then I recharged Rs504 (EVD Third Party Top up -Tata Sky Transaction Id:TP[protected], Receipt Number:[protected]) using GPay directly instead o[censored]sing TataSky app and it got recharged and able to viewed the channels as well.
My issue here is, I made the payment twice but it did not reflected in my account. Transaction history only showing 1 entry of Rs504. What about my Rs503? Attached the screenshot for Rs503. Kindly raise a request in the system.
