[Resolved]  Tata Sky — recharged for 1 yr but unable to watch

I had recharged my tata sky account registered withthe mobile number [protected] for 1 yr. But within 3-4 months it says recharge again. Can't understand. Pls do the needful ASAP. I had a talk with the customer care man but he too was unable to solve my problem. It's already been a month that I am not able to watch TV and don't know till when I have to be doing so.
