[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Recharged twice but still not active

It was a really disappointing to know that for one month recharge we need to recharge 4 times after that also no guarantee that TV will resume or active my connection i recharged twice had conversation with tata sky customer service and also with the payment app which i used for recharge the payment app the payment is successful then how the company can claim that payment is not received i have used two different app for payment as company replied there is some technical issue with google pay so i used bhim app from morning to solve this issue i called 4 times to tata customer care number but same reply recharge again should i recharge 10 times???
