[Resolved] Tata Sky — refund for subscriber id [protected] | |||||
Hi, I have been working with tata sky team since last 3 weeks and i have not yet received any call from them stating when i will get my money back. The issue is as given below - They keep on calling my home asking to do recharge for entire year in inr 1500 and i made the payment but at that time we could not verify whether the recharge was successful or not because there was construction work going on in my home. Now after this was completed, we found that particular subscriber id doesn't belong to us now as it was return long back to tata sky team. First of all, how could be the account remains active when we returned the tata sky setup box. Also now there is no solution being provided by tata sky team, i am super frustrated with their department as i keep on calling them and they always ask for another 72 hours every time. Please resolve this issue otherwise i will put this on each and every online forum which will further demote tata sky reputation in the market. Was this information helpful? | |||||
