[Resolved] Tata Sky — Refund request of my account balance | |
Tata sky Subscriber Id : [protected] Date of incident: 29th Dec 2020 Due to some medical emergency I left the place(Bangalore) after informing multiple times to the Tata sky personal. Also I waited for 2days to handover the set top box & dish but no one had come to collect those. I did multiple follow ups & customer care people confirmed that Sir please go ahead & it's not required to submit the set top box & dish. There is no fault from my end, it's communication gap from Tata Sky personals may be. Please refund my account balance amount soon. Already provided my medical prescriptions please believe me & refund my account balance. Was this information helpful? | |
