[Resolved] Tata Sky — refund status though u had cancelled before installation | |||
I had made a payment of rs.2735 for installation on 27/07/2018 and i had cancelled the conncetion before installation.. I request you to refund my amount rs.2735 immediately as i have cancelled my booking on 01/08/2018, before installation and did not receive my money till now. Tata sky people told that witin 7 banking days, i will get my money refunded.. But now 23/08/2018, still i had not got any refund to my paytm wallet. I don't understand why would it take more time. I have cancelled the order on 01/08/2018 and it has been cancelled on 01/08/2018. As per tata sky records and they informed me that they have sent the amount to the respective paytm wallet... But, i did not get the same... By quering paytm helpline, they had told me that no refund transaction found in my respective wallet... Worst service by tatasky company..
