[Resolved] Tata Sky — refusing for new connection | |||
Hi.. Im Mohammad Javeed i wanted a new connection and i have booked through online and this is my booking transaction id:DT[protected]. This connection is getting delayed.The technician of your company calls me for the delivery of setup box when ever says our residential address he/she used refuses.If we ask then they use to say about local issues or our locality. 6 months back there was a problem in our locality that the other operator comes to install their servies in our area the area local cable operator used to beat and torture those and they used to warn the other operatora like TATASKY, AIRTEL, DISH TV etc..Daily i get 6 times confirmation call, they use to say we will talk to your locality technician and the technician will call you after that the technician refuses to come to our locality for the installation. Now everything has been resolved now there is no local issues in our locality. so please kindly look into this resolve our problem... Regards. Was this information helpful? | |||
