[Resolved] Tata Sky — regarding add-on package | |||
Customer care representative from tata sky called us and insisted us to take a add-on service but we denied for that. They forced us to take that service (Smart manageer channel) for 5 days without charges and to discontinue they said to contact them. We said her to discontinue it after 5 day as we were not intrested 1% on that service but they didn't do this and around 130/- has been deeducted by them unneeccesarily. We are now calling them for adjustment of deducted money but ispite of it they are praising the charged service. Was this information helpful? | |||
