[Resolved]  Tata Sky — regarding bad behavior from our local tata sky agent

Hi,

I am debostotra jana, my mobile no is [protected].

Today i have taken a tata sky dth connection for my home in the name of my father (Srikanta jana). I saw some difference in the installation and new connection charges between the online applications and what the local retailer asking me to pay for.

So i called the local agent (Sukanta, mobile no is [protected]) to know why this is different for online application (Less amount), then he added me in a conference call with his another team member (I don't know the name of that guy, you can call sukanta for his name), but this guy talked me in very rude behavior and also told me that i am illiterate, uneducated instead of answering my question. This kind of behavior is not expected from any service provider.

So requesting you to please take necessary steps against that guy who talked with me in this way else i will disconnect my tata sky dth connection and will go for another reputed dth vendor.
