[Resolved] Tata Sky — regarding card error | |
We have this tata sky set-top box at home. It was working fine till now but today suddenly its not working and shows the error - "this is wrong card for this set top box. (Pairing errror) Nds no. :[protected] Digicard id is[protected]" I tried removing and reinserting card but it didn't work. So, please solve this issue as soon as possible. Feb 7, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jan 03, 2019 Tata Sky Customer Care's response Hi, that's not how it should have been. Remove the card and wipe it with a soft dry cloth, insert it back (The Tata Sky logo should be upward and the arrow pointing towards the Set-top box) and let us know the status.

I was not using my set of box for more than 1 month not it is showing this is a wrong card for this box and pairing error
