Tata Sky — regarding change of setup box mpeg2 to mpeg4

My Tatasky id is [protected] and mobile no is [protected] and using Tatasky since 2009. Now facing lots of problems to change setup box. I tried all available options ie booking by sms conversation with helpline associates and request by email. Me totally unhappy with Tatasky irresponsible service in this matter. Now u r requested to help me.
