[Resolved] Tata Sky — regarding installation of set top box

While your engineers came for installation they are not at all cooperating with us... And they left the palce without installing the device... And they cancelled the order n not telling about the refund process.. Either u shoud install the device or you should totally cancel the order and refund our money. And the customer care gyus are also not giving us the detail about how to cancel the order
