[Resolved] Tata Sky — regarding new dth connection delay | |||
Im ordered tata sky dth connection on saturday through online. The sales preson told me to avail connection within three hours from payment process through local area distributor. But two days gone there is no proper reply from local distributor. If i call that distributor, they told technician not available. Poor response from distributor. I have renewed the South Platinum pack paying 14490 for two years. I was specifically told it is a special offer for some long associated clients. But renewal status shows the next recharge is on May16, 2020. I want this to be corrected for 24 months from Nov22, 2018
