Tata Sky — Regarding Refund money of Rs. 1650

*date of incident :[protected] *complaint no. :- LJR4EP6, LJEJEJ5, LL7FDHA, LL965Z0, LL97WDB, LL7HIWZ, LLEXXLI, LL96628, LHRLEHF, LFY87LK, LFUOM11 *Description ofthe incident :- i m regular custmer of tata sky since last five year but in this year Nov.15 was my due date of my DTH subscription so on 22nd Nov. 15 a call came from tata sky that my due date was 25th Nov.15 so rechcrge with Rs.1650 on or before 25th Nov.15 then I seen id in my tv was [protected] so i recharge thiiis id with Rs.1650 through Paytm net banking on. 24 Nov..2015at3:45 pm. But when my amount was not updated till 26Nov..2015. then I contact tata sky custmer care for this i senn my tv at 2.0 pm that id was not displaying and new id [protected] was showing which was differ id. for this I have cmplaint to everyone but I didnt get satisfactory answer still i have not recieved payment nor any other processing information so please help me to refund my money bcuz my TV is not started from last one month. This mental hrresment is only due to the Tata Sky technical problem and for this I get in trouble the whole credit goes to tata Sky. * Desired resolution :- Please refund my money in my bank account so that again I can recharge my tata sky
