[Resolved] Tata Sky — Regarding registered complaint in customer care | |||||
Hi i have complaint day before yesterday to tata sky as my tatasky dth was showing no signal even after recharge on time as my due date was 12th dec 2016. Today a technician called me and he said he has reached my colony and when i guided him to come towards my house over phone he said he is not able to find my house and he went without checking the problem in by tata sky dth. If this is the way technicians of tatasky behave then i will have to think to change my dth. Was this information helpful? | |||||
