Tata Sky — reinstall request not done

I shiffeted from chennai to mangalore. And i requested to reinstall the tata sky at mangalore location on 23rd september 2019. Till now october 6th it's not done. Daily i am checking the customer service, and they updating we will resolve the problem as soon as possible. I waste my money and valuable time. Worst service i have ever seen.. If we requested new connection they will doing immediately. How this possible...
