[Resolved] Tata Sky — Relocation charges - charged twice (Very poor customer care) fraudster | |||
Very bad and poor customer care. Tata means trust in india. But it looks like team is full of fraud people. I have relocated from kharghar to kalamboli and requested for connection relocation. First estimate what i have got from tata sky technician was rs.2000, so i refused for services. As i have got new connection in rs.1400 so it was not justifiable for me. Later i spoke to customer care again and they said i will be charged 300 for relocation and that will be deducted from my account. But after services tata sky technician has collected rs.900 from me and rs.700 has been deducted from my account. No resolution from customer care team after multiple complaints given. First complaint was raised on 11 june, but till date no reply from tatasky team. Have never seen such poor customer support. Was this information helpful? | |||
