Tata Sky — relocation issue within the city

Subscription id : [protected]. I have relocated within the same city 14 days back. From then onwards I am trying to call the service center several times but not response yet. As it is paid service for the call, every time I am loosing money but not yet responded by anyone. worst service by worst tata sky. I need this to b fixed. As I already paid for the HD I can't go for other DTH provider. Note: my humble request to the new customers who r looking for the new connection pls don't take tatasky service as u will not get any service from them and I[censored] call to them u will loose the money but u will not get any assist.
