Kumararaja i bought april 2017 new set up box now two time not working my set up box i going to my kumbakonam distributor he has no responsible in this matter my subscriber id [protected] my registration mobile number [protected] now still under the warrenty period please replacement in my setup box

the company says no rules to give me new set up box i am not complete one year i don't receive old set up box i have warrenty period in till date i have already sunder the my tata sky set up box in aruthara agencies in kumbakonam please give me new setup box

Sir,

On the subject cited above I did not requested for subscription of sony ten-1 channe, but you have started it and deducted the subscription charge. So you are kindly requested to unsubscribe the sony ten-1 channel and reimburse the deducted amount.
