[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Reverse transaction pending

My reverse transaction is pending for subscribers id [protected]. my name is priti gupta. i applied for tata sky sd set up box. installation was done for hd set up box. i was told by customer care to repay for hd set up box rs 1653, which i paid and is currently running with subscriber id [protected]. my previous transaction of rs 1716 did not reverse as told by customers care. please help
