Tata Sky — Rs.500 re-charged did not come into my ID [protected] | |||||
Kindly reference my complaint yesterday regarding above subject I want to submit as under-- I recd.a telephone call from mr Anurag Arora from Tata sky in morning at 8-15 A.M from mob.[protected] telling me to transfer Rs. 500 through bank on line where as I Re- charged with cash through Tata sky dealer.Mr Anurag demanded from me my account no.and customer ID of Bank, then he demanded my balance in my bank account.finally he asked me to provide him my ATM/Debit card no.and also the PIN No.I was harassed with several telephones by him in several ways.I asked him to transfer my Re-charged money in my TataSky ID [protected].Now I doubt how a genuine person can behave like this.Kindly get it investigated so that proper justice can be done thanks S.P.Dabas mob.[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||

I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you in resolving your issue and settling your credit.
