[Resolved]  Tata Sky — says subscriber id not registered

Hi,
Am registered tatasky customer and was happily viewing tatasky till now, but from past 2months, am not able to select packs on tatasky moreover not able to login on my tatasky account.. It says registered mobile number and subscriber id is not registered. Please help me in updating my channels on my registered subscriber id [protected] and registered mobile number with tatasky is [protected]. For any queries please call back to my number [protected].

Hi,
I have not received vouchers worth Rs.2000/- committed by tatasky upon successful registration. Customer support response was too casual. They said, "you don't have any vouchers on your account."

Hi, we see that you have not registered for mytatasky.com. Visit mytatasky.com/web/portal/signup to sign up. Let us know if you are able to log in after sign up.

Am already registered for tatasky.. I was able to login earlier. You can also check the subscriber ID mentioned in the post.
