I called Tata Play( Tata sky) customer care and told them about Set top box which was in Warranty. So I wanted a replacement of same product. So Technician from Tata Play( Tata sky) wants me to upgrade my SD set top box to HD Set Top Box even without checking my STB. As my STB is in warrant they should have at least repaired it. But they are keep telling me that I should upgrade it. Very poor service from Tataplay
