My name is kamal kant saxena and i am from agra. I had opted for new registration for tata sky and i had applied for hd box on thursday, 14 th march, 2019. Tata sky operator told us that he will connect on 15 th march. But 3 days have passed by no one has come. When we contacted tata sky operator he gave us phone number of their technician. When we called the technician on sunday morning, he misbehaved with us and told us that he will come after 6 hours. Nobody is listening to us and operator is also not picking up the phone now.
