Hopeless service. Heaps of misinformation from very begining. We had taken the connection because we trust Tata service. The initial advertisement says that we can opt for temporary service disconnection, but after connection informed that the option is available only once a year. Next without informing they attach HD settop box and charged us for the same. Every monsoon there is a signal problem. When contacted the customer service they adviced us to go to settings and instructed us to go to First Time installation thus disconnecting the connection which forces us to ask for a paid visit by the service personal.
