[Resolved] Tata Sky — Service | |||
I have been a tatasky subscriber since its inception with multiple connections. The service has been deteriorating steadily and it has now reached a new low. We reside in an upmarket central south delhi society. We recently relocated within the same society. The relocation of the connection was done by a tatasky service engineer more than two months ago. Till today despite daily reminders the new address has not been corrected in their records and all complaints made are referred to the old address. Since the relocation the tatasky connection has not worked... Daily complaints have had no effect whatsoever the screen continues to show no signal. Recently we changed the pack in anticipation of the problem being fixed and our complaint regarding no signal was registered at the same time but we were informed that the complaint has been auto canceled. The status as on date is that the signal comes and goes of it’s own accord normally for about 15/20 minutes and then disappears showing rain weather disruption on an absolutely clear and cloudless day.
