Hi Team,
It has been more than one month but you people are not serious about
customer grievance.
Its 3rd time I am sending you mail and 4 time I have given miss call
with my RMN.
From last one month my family suffering because only 2-3 channels are
working, I want to change set top box ASAP and one month free
subscription as will not bear charges as we didn’t use the service.
Please provide me your superior mail id or number as well or let me
know whether I need to post this issue on social sites??

Could you please look into below mail, I have already given miss
call(three time) from my RMN but not yet got any response from your
side.
because of this issue my TV Channels are not working, could please
