[Resolved]  Tata Sky — services not given

This is to inform you that i am getting frequent network problem in my tata sky connection.

I have made several attempts through customer care and i have not got any solution yet.

As a customer, i have every right to avail proper service as i have paid for the same.

I have also been asked to change my settop box in the month of november 19 and i have paid for the same.

Even then i am getting interrupted connection and unable to view the channels for the amount paid by me every month.

It is surprising, if a customer is not making timely recharge tatasky is disconnecting the services promptly and while customer is having problems in viewing channels after making payments the same is taken in a very casual manner which is against the consumer rights.

Hope my communication in this regard will be taken care and my connection will be revamped and services will be given again.

Please note i am unable to view channels for the past few days and i have lodged complaint against the same and i am getting a response that tatasky will again charge rs. 150. Kindly note as a consumer i have every right to avail proper service for the monthly recharge made to tatasky.

It is also to be noted my settop box is under warranty which is purchased as advised by tatasky.
