[Resolved] Tata Sky — set top box | |||
Respected sir/madam, I am using tata sky set top box in my t. V. From last six year but every year satellite problem are creating in set top box and every year set top box are changing by your technician also and we are paying huge money regarding this. Today i had online request for this problem and your representative had come for this and tell us "your set top box has been damaged and you will charged 999/- for new set top box" Sir, this system is not better because i have already paying to tata sky by every recharge then every year new set top box purchase is impossible so you are requested for solve my problem and check your contractor work.
