[Resolved] Tata Sky — set top box installation | |||
Two days back, i purchased a new tata sky connection online. A tata sky agent has come and done the installation. The box provided does not support my tv. So i asked the agent to cancel the connection and take back the box. I was given a reply that it will work if i get a new tv and left. They have asked me to contact customer care for any queries. I waited for 10 minutes on the customer care only to get disconnected. this has happened multiple times. I am trying to escalate the issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
