[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Set top box not working from 7th July

From 7th July the set top box was not working so I called customer service they send the executive at my place to check the issue without checking he confirmed that set top box need to be replaced for which u need to pay Rs. 400/-. I said why so he was not having any answer for that. Post that I told him if only box need to be change then pls repalce with the secondary box which was already available with me for which he denied and said he cant do from his end pls call customer service.
Post which I called and asked to do the needfull the box started to work post one day that replaced box stopped working post that I again called customer sevice they again said they will send executive who visited and updated the software of box and said it will get start again for one day it worked and then again stopped working. Now am chasing with Tata sky for cancellations for which not receiving any proper revert and team harrasing me by calling again and again and asking repeatedly same questions which was conveyed earlier this happen daily 8-10 times

I request pls consider this as harrasment complaint against Tata sky team and i need compansation for this mental HARRASMENT

No refund of deducted amount of Rs. 130
Addition to that from 7th July 2020 to 21st July the harrasment done by Tata Sky I need compansation for the same

Not received the deducted amount where I was not able to view any channel of Tata sky
The balance was 1070 which came down to 940 without any usage
