[Resolved] Tata Sky — set top box replacement issue | |||||
Dear sir/madam I m a tata sky customer since last 10 years. My tata sky set top box was replaced 7 days back and 450rs was charged for the same. The set top box was faulty and there not replacing it any more even after multiple complaints. Customer care executives are always giving me more days to wait. but I am fed up of this unprofessional attitude of tata sky. My complaint no 192UJ51DD. Now I want my money back and I don't want to continue with the tata sky any more. I had already recharged for annual pack which was about 2400 something. Was this information helpful? | |||||
