I have raised 4 complaints on 4th Sept, 11th sept, 16th Sept and 18th Sept and still not attended.
I have been contacting customer service as one of my TV connections is not workings, during the first complain (4 sept) the technician comes and fixes the TV and the next it stops working.
Then i raise and complain on 11th Sept - No body comes or attends the issue and when i contact customer service they say your complaint has been cancelled as the you have not agreed to pay charges.
then i tell them no this has not happened, please send the technician. still nobody attends the issue.
I raise a complain again on 16th Sept, they say same "your complaint has been cancelled as the you have not agreed to pay charges".
Now again i have raised a complaint on 18 Sept lets see what happens. Was this information helpful? |
